Returns & Refund

 

  1. We pack our products with a lot of care and love so that it reaches our customers safely. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product and box within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will refund the amount of the product and not the shipping.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

  2. Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as to keep our prices fair, many items are "Final Sale." Please make it a point to understand and check with our customer team which products are eligible for returns before purchasing. Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of receipt.

  4. We ship several packages a month and a missing product or theft in transit is extremely rare. In case you feel your parcel has been tampered with, please reach out to the team on email/WhatsApp as soon as possible and take a video before opening your box.                                                                                                                                 

  5. We use 3rd party courier services and are not liable for delays in shipping. We share an approximate number of days required for delivery. We also extend the best support possible to ensure that the products reach customers as soon as possible.                                                                                                                                                                                          

  6. Orders cannot be canceled/altered once placed. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return if there is nonacceptance.

After placing the order, the customer can cancel the order within 24 hours if he/she wishes to by emailing us at whiteplatestories@gmail.com or calling us at +91 88790 80959
In case the payment has already been made, the refund will be processed via Razorpay within 2 working days.
In case of any damaged delivery, at least 3 images of the content(s)/product(s), as well as the outer carton/package, needs to be mailed at whiteplatestories@gmail.com  within 24 hours of delivery. Any request beyond this time will not be accepted.
We do not provide refunds for any case except damaged delivery.
